Getting to know each other
In preparation for the selection process, we will hold a series of face-to-face meetings via Zoom. During these meetings, we will learn about the selection process and how to prepare for it, as well as learn about the community centers company, and we will meet the managers, and you will have the opportunity to ask questions.

The institution
The Community Centers Company is the largest social community organization in the country, an institutional body that forms a link between the government and the local authority, civil society and the business sector to serve the public at the local level.
The company's community centers are distributed throughout the country, and include 52 centers in the Arab community, forming the ideal body for educational and extracurricular activities, and soon many community centers will be opened in the Triangle area As part of the company's plan to expand and develop its activity in the Arab community.

The job
The director of the mass center is the beating heart of the local community in which he works, where he works closely with the local authority, and is often considered the executive arm in all fields, social and mass, and the field of extracurricular education and others.
Among the conditions of acceptance for the position:
A first academic title, from a recognized institution, and preference will be given to the holders of the second title.
At least 5 years of experience in a regulatory administrative position in the public, social, private or business sector, including personnel management, financial management and budget management.
Due to the importance of the position of manager, only graduates of the management training program affiliated with the Jamahiriya Centers Company are accepted . This preparatory program extends to approximately 100 educational hours over two months, and aims to qualify and select the best candidates for the position. At the end of the training, the graduates receive a certificate entitling them to apply for a tender to manage a community center in the company of community centers throughout the country.
The application for these tenders is open exclusively to graduates of the training track (Management reserve) .
During the training period, the male and female candidates learn about the nature of the manager's work and the various challenges and areas related to the job, such as: working in a political environment, managing the work team, financial management, the language of mass communication, "field work" and others.
The training will be held on Thursdays and Fridays for two months (until the end of December 2024).

1. تعبئة استمارة التسجيل للانضمام للدورة - حتى تاريخ 20/9/2024 الساعة 12:00ظهرًا.
يجب تجهيز ما يلي ورفعه على موقع التسجيل:
شهادات التعليم (الألقاب التعليمية)، صورة عن الهوية مع الملحق، صورة شخصية.
2. مقابلة تمهيدية عبر الهاتف مع الطاقم القيادي.
3. اختبار بواسطة الحاسوب - يقوم باختبار المهارات العقلية، الصفات الشخصية وأسلوب الإدارة ومدى النزاهة.
4. مقابلة شخصية - مع مديرة قسم التوظيف، الاختيار والتقييم، ومع ممثل/ة إدارة المنطقة.
5. مركز التقييم (ليوم واحد) - محاكاة، ديناميكيات جماعية والتعامل في المواقف المحفوفة بالتحديات والضغوطات، وغيرها.
عملية الإختيار الأوّلية تنتهي في تشرين الثاني (نوفمبر) 2024.
من المرشحين والمرشحات ممن سيجتازون بنجاح عملية الاختيار الأولية، سيتم إطلاق تدريب الادارة - وفقًا لما تراه المؤسسة.
